Located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, Borgo di Vagli is a quaint, meticulously restored 14th century Hamlet surrounded by a protected area of olive groves, fruit trees and ancient oaks. From the terraces, you can enjoy panoramic views of the breathtaking Tuscan hills, including a spectacular view of the 10th century Pierle castle.

Borgo di Vagli is the result of a ten-year restoration project conceived and executed by renowned restoration engineer Fulvio Di Rosa, Fulvio's efforts have allowed Borgo di Vagli  to maintain much of its original feel, atmosphere, and charm, without compromising modern day comforts. Borgo di Vagli is not for everyone. It is for those who enjoy the charm of ducking under 600 years old low doorways, catching scenic views through small windows cut through thick stone walls, and dining in a traditional candlelit Trattoria.

For those who love the authentic Tuscan experience, Borgo di Vagli now offers a unique and affordable ownership opportunity. This fractional ownership resort enables owners to enjoy virtually unlimited vacations in your Tuscan country home for a fraction of the price of whole ownership.

Residences
Borgo di Vagli is the result of a ten-year restoration project by renowned restoration engineer Fulvio Di Rosa. It maintains as faithfully as possible its medieval feel, atmosphere and look, without compromising modern-day comforts and needs.

The intimate one- and two-bedroom residences have been brought back to life in order to spirit owners back to a more austere era and to embrace them with the true experience of living in a rural Tuscan Hamlet.  Original 14th century low doorways and small windows cut through thick stone walls lend an authentic feel.

Among the ancient architecture you will find genuine rural furnishings and Tuscan antiques, terra cotta floors, wooden beam ceilings, fully equipped kitchens and cosy bathrooms, handcrafted cutlery, exposed wooden-beam ceilings, satellite television, High-speed Internet connections and luxurious Busatti linens.

Ownership
Borgo di Vagli is owned by you and your fellow members, and is operated exclusively for your enjoyment. Title to the residences is held in perpetuity by an independent international trust company for the benefit of the owners. As beneficiaries of the trust, each owner has flexible access to all residences within their ownership category (one- or two-bedroom). Similar to other real estate, ownership may be sold, willed, transferred or placed in a trust at any time. Transfer of ownership is flexible and does not involve notary or notarial costs or local land registry fees and can be executed from overseas.

However, unlike conventional real estate, ownership at Borgo di Vagli provides an exclusive opportunity to own a coveted, rural Heritage home in the heart of Tuscany - at a fraction of the cost. Even better, there is no need to worry about the usual hassles of vacation-home ownership; Borgo di Vagli handles all the maintenance and upkeep for you.

Borgo di Vagli is yours to enjoy whenever you like, as often as you like, in accordance with reservation policies.
