76 villas are planned for Phase I of the development and includes 20 one bedroom; 41 two bedroom and 15 three bedroom villas. All villas will be constructed in Bali, inspected, dismantled and shipped to Emerald Monkey, reconstructed and inspected on-site. Phase I is scheduled for completion by the end of 2011 and Phase II by the end of 2013. The resort development is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2010 with approximately 50-60% of villas completed and resort amenities operational.
