Strategic Global Investments, Inc. (SPTV) has announced that it plans to build 125 ocean view luxury fractional homes near LAPaz, Mexico.
The development will create 1500 fractional units in total. Currently, luxury fractional homes can sell for just under $600,000 for a 4 week period, according to LuxuryFractionalGuide.com.
Andrew Fellner, President of STBV, states, "We know that fractional ownership has bounced back strongly since the recession, but because we want to stimulate early sales and attract global attention, some units will be made available at $199,000 a price reserved for a select few willing to assist in referral marketing."
