Exchange specialist Interval International and South Africa’s Zorgvliet Private Residence Club have announced the signing of an affiliation agreement, giving members of both the opportunity to access their respective property portfolios.
The Zorgvliet Portfolio currently consists of six five-star products: the Ka'Ingo Private Reserve & Spa in Limpopo Province, the Dinkweng Safari Camp, Zorgvliet Vineyard Estate and Spa located on the Zorgvliet Wine Estate, the Alluvia Specialist Winery and Guesthouse, The Riviera on Vaal Hotel and Country Club and The King George Hotel.
David Clifton, managing director for Europe, Middle East, Africa & Asia at Interval International, said: “These properties offer a wide range of leisure amenities and experiences and can be said to represent the best holiday experiences that South Africa has to offer. This affiliation continues our planned expansion in southern Africa.”
In March, the Zorgvliet Group introduced a mixed-use element at all of its residences, and launched The Zorgvliet Private Residence Club (ZPRC) to offer fractional ownership offerings across all properties. Interval International currently operates a network of over 2,400 resorts in over 75 countries.
