The fractional industry's new US East Coast summit has partnered with trade magazine Overseas Property Professional.

The deal with the Fractional Summit USA’s organiser, Fractional Life, will see OPP cover the upcoming conference in the magazine and promote it with print and web advertising.

“I’ve seen the European Fractional Summit quickly become the ‘must attend’ fractional conference for the region,” said OPP’s CEO, Xavier Wiggins.

“Like Fractional Life, we’re true supporters of innovation and this event is designed to deliver fresh faces, new ideas and growth in these challenging times”.  

Fractional Life’s founder, Piers Brown, told OPP he hoped to attract delegates from the Caribbean and South America as well as the US and Canada. “There’s no other conference dedicated to fractional on the east coast of the USA,” he said.

Summit topics will include how to sell fractional in the current market and how to convert traditional property into a mixed-use resort. The keynote speaker will be Sarah Rezak Glasgow of Rezak Resort Consulting.

The conference will be held at the InterContinental Hotel in Miami, Florida, from 31 August to 1 September 2010.
