Author: Newskys | Date: Tuesday 18 May 2010

Spanish resort developer Novaterra has appointed Citadel Trustees to manage the services for its shared ownership programme.

Novaterra offers six-week shares in its ten villas at luxury golf resort Arcos Gardens, located 20 minutes from Jerez de la Fronter in Andalucia.

Citadel’s director, Chris Allen, said: “Citadel will be providing bespoke escrow and stakeholder services, which will enhance the process through which Novaterra is able to offer their shared-ownership product to the market, bringing security and flexibility to both the developer and the share-owners.”

The trustee company is involved in projects valued at over $2.5 billion located across the UK, Spain, India, Thailand and China.
