Media company Fractional Life has released the full speaker list for next week’s Fractional Summit in London.
The Registry Collection’s global managing director, Gregg Anderson, and the chairman of the Resort Development Organisation (RDO), Paul Gardner Bougaard, will be among the industry figures joining Richard Ragatz of US consultancy Ragatz Associates at Europe’s largest shared ownership conference on 18 and 19 February.
Panel discussions will cover what developers can learn from the American experience of fractional, where mid-market buyers are coming from, how to work with agents and fractional resales.
Other speakers will include The Registry Collection’s head of new business development Europe Nick Turner, CEO of FOC (Fractional Ownership Consultancy) Jerry Cobb, former CEO of DCP International Peter Kempf, and departing chief executive of the AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals) Paul Owen.
The Fractional Summit 2010 is the third annual event held by Fractional Life and will address the challenges faced by the shared ownership industry including the upcoming influx of fractional properties on to the market. Last year’s event attracted over 200 delegates from 23 countries.
The first Fractional Summit USA will be held on August 31 and September 1 in Miami, Florida. Fractional Life believes the summit will be well placed to help whole ownership developers in the US who have seen business fall off in the last few years and who are interested in entering the shared ownership market.
