47 Park Street - Grand Residences by Marriott has announced a new partnership with The Dalí Universe, offering members privileged access to the London art gallery.
The partnership joins the existing arts and leisure offerings and means members will receive personal invitations to fine art talks and special events throughout the year. For those interested in purchasing art, private viewings can be arranged during evening hours when the gallery is closed to the public, at which time a concession applies.
Located on the Thames’ South Bank, The Dalí Universe boasts over 600 works of art featuring the Catalonian surrealist artist and self-publicist Salvador Dalí. The Fine Art Sales Gallery, which is attached to the permanent museum collection, has a collection both on display and on sale - including signed bronze sculptures and limited-edition signed prints by Salvador Dalí, Pablo Picasso and Marc Chagall.
Ray Duhaney, managing director of The Dali Universe, comments: “We are delighted to work in partnership with 47 Park Street as our organisations have a similar philosophy: fine art, fine cultural experiences and fine living. We will be actively promoting this philosophy to 47 Park Street Members by a calendar of fine art evening talks, private viewings, wine tastings and conferences. We look forward to welcoming 47 Park Street Members to The Dali Universe, in the hub of London's vibrant South Bank.”
The fractional ownership property opened in 2003 as London’s first urban fractional residence club, and offers occupancy of a one or two bedroom residence for a multiple of 21 nights per year until 2050, as well as a variety of flexible usage options. The fractional memberships range from £111,000 to £260,000 per interest.
