The Carza Blanca Preserve in Mexico has extended it’s fractional ownership opportunities as part a scheme that started in the area nearly 20 years ago.
“Our developer, Sr. Fernando Gonzalez, and his partners introduced the concept of fractional ownership to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in the early 1990’s because they wanted to create a resort lifestyle real estate product and still deliver full hotel type services,” explained Peter Humber, Director of Sales in an interview with Newskys.
“Deeded Fractional Ownership therefore appeared to be a product tailored to their idea and armed with a strong rental program, a business model that was unique to Mexico was born that has served us well for over 17 years.”
“We bought the historic 88-acre Garza Blanca property on Puerto Vallarta´s prestigious South Shore and began development three years ago using the same business model.”
The development consists of two and three bedroom penthouse residences on the 88-acre site near Puerto Vallarta in Mexico. The hillside area of the Garza Blanca Preserve contains seven 12-storey residential buildings, with two units per floor, and four private pool areas. Additionally, the beach area consists of 46 residences while on the south side of the beach are two beachfront buildings with 18 residences and two penthouses each.
