The Maine Lakefront Club has debuted its inaugural property at an open house event designed to provide visitors with an insight into the offerings the private residence club’s portfolio will provide.

The tri-level, log-home property on Sebago Lake, Sunset Cove, is still in the final stages of development, but is built over 4,500 square-feet and boasts 162 feet of water frontage.

Club founder Melinda Williams explained: “We could not have found a more ideal property to launch Maine Lakefront Club, as it features every high-end amenity one could possibly desire for a Mainelake vacation.”

Maine Lakefront Club offers buyers a range of services and amenities, with daily housekeeping, pre-arrival grocery shopping, and year-round maintenance. Canoes, kayaks, and bicycles will be on hand for member use, while a concierge is available to coordinate golf, boat, jetski, and snowmobile activities. Deeded, shared ownership is available for $275,000.
